My story is one of two passions: exploring the world and sharing the authentic flavors of my home, Argentina. As a Cabin Supervisor for a major airline based in Dubai, I spent years traveling the globe. On every journey, I brought along a taste of home, the alfajor, to share with new friends. I loved seeing the delight on their faces as they tried this iconic Argentinian cookie for the first time. I jokingly called myself the "Alfajor Influencer."

In 2020, when the world paused and my travels were grounded, I found myself with unexpected time on my hands. To celebrate Argentina's "Alfajor Week" in May, I decided to move beyond just sharing them and started baking my own. I dove into traditional recipes, aiming to recreate the classic tastes I grew up with.

The response was incredible. I shared those first handmade batches with friends who knew what a true alfajor should taste like, and their feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Soon, people were asking if they could buy them. That was the moment FranSweetsCo was born.

What started as a personal project in my kitchen quickly grew into a full time passion. Today, FranSweetsCo is my way of bringing a piece of Argentinian culture to Dubai. Every alfajor is handmade with care, using authentic recipes to ensure a perfect balance of crumbly cookie, rich dulce de leche, and premium chocolate.
