Make proper “sanguchitos de miga” like in Argentina!! I ordered the small package and had 5 sheets, so I made 3 flavours and was excellent!!
The 250gr block doesn't seam a lot, but after shaping them into little balls of about 2cm, they grew quite a lot in the oven while cooking them, which made them the perfect size to enjoy with mates as Saturday breakfast... it was super tasty and you could really savor the cheese.
The amount of dulce de leche is just perfect. Both, maicena and chocolate cookies are super fresh. Great chocolate covering, not too thin, not too thick.

The alfajores de maicena are the best, So fresh and with a good layer of Dulce de Leche ! Every time I order Alfajores they get better and better!! They are so good!!! Recommended for all Argentinians and Dulce de leche lovers ❤️
