Ingredients
Tapioca flour, cheddar cheese, (edam/emmental/gouda) cheese, eggs, butter, milk, salt, baking powder.
How to cook
To cook our chipa dough, simply preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F), place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy hot out of the oven with your mate, or let cool and store in an airtight container for later snacking.

The 250gr block doesn't seam a lot, but after shaping them into little balls of about 2cm, they grew quite a lot in the oven while cooking them, which made them the perfect size to enjoy with mates as Saturday breakfast... it was super tasty and you could really savor the cheese.
